Day One
Fly from Denver to Zagreb!

Day Two
Arrive around noon in Zagreb. You will then go to the iconic Zagreb Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary which is an iconic landmark in the captial city.. As a matter of fact, it is the most monumental sacral building in Neo-Gothic style southeast of the Alps. After checking in to the hotel, enjoy a welcome dinner with the group! (D)

Day Three
With its exceptional natural beauty, this area has always attracted nature lovers and was proclaimed Croatia’s first national park. The process of tufa formation, which results in the building of the tufa, or travertine, barriers and resulted in the creation of the lakes, is the outstanding universal value, for which the Plitvice Lakes were internationally recognized with their inscription onto the UNESCO World Heritage List. Transfer to Zadar (B)

Day Four
Wake up this morning in beautiful Zadar! Enjoy this beautiful seaside city with a fascinating historic center, and enviable restaurant scene. The morning is yours at leisure to explore. This afernoon, you will stop at the Five Wells Square - a Public square anchored by 5 ornate 16th-century stone wells, overlooked by medieval city walls. This evening, enjoy a sunset while listening to the infamous sea organ an architectural sound art object located in Zadar, Croatia and an experimental musical instrument, which plays music by way of sea waves and tubes located underneath a set of large marble steps! (B)

Day Five
Kornati National Park is called a “nautical paradise” thanks to its incomparable and unique beauty. Nacionalni park Kornati is an archipelago of 89 gorgeous islands, islets, and reefs in the northern part of Dalmatia, near Dugi Otok, Pašman, Murter, Zadar, and Šibenik. Like Brijuni National Park, Kornati National Park is comprised of both land and sea. Fields, paths, and charming stone walls make Kornati National Park a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. There are no residents on the Kornati islands, making it a unique destination for exploring! (B)

Day Six
This morning head to Krka National Park which lies about 10km inland from Sibenik. The top attraction of the Park is its magnificent waterfalls, including the famous Skradinski Buk falls which are one of Croatia’s most famous sights. In the afternoon, visit Primosten, dubbed as Croatia's most beautiful old-town. The old town is situated on a small island which is connected with the mainland.  In the past it was an island protected by stone walls and towers and in the 16th century a movable bridge was built that connected this village with the mainland. Later the bridge was replaced by an embankment and Primosten thus becomes a peninsula. (B)

Day Seven
Set off today discovering The Blue Cave which is a natural phenomenon named after the blue shining light that illuminates the cave when the sun is in the proper position. Blue Cave Croatia is one of Europe’s most beautiful blue caves. (If the weather prohibits a visit, we will have other visits as part of the tour). Next, we visit Komiza town, Stiniva Bay, Smokova Bay. Finally, we arrive in Hvar town, home to one of the world’s most beautiful bays. It also has a rich cultural heritage that is distinct from the rest of the Croatian coastline. Its seven-century-old wall is part of this heritage, and it awaits your arrival.

You may also trek up the hill and explore the historic Fortica fortress, which offers a spectacular perspective of the surrounding area. (B)

Day Eight
The story of Split is already 17 centuries old, dating to the time the Roman Emperor Diocletian decided to build his Palace right on the peninsula near the great Roman city Salona, where he wanted to spend the last years of his life. During these 1700 years the Palace slowly turned into a city, which to this day lures with its rich tradition, glorious history and beauty of its natural and cultural heritage.

Diocletian Palace and the entire historical core of Split have been on the World Heritage UNESCO list ever since 1979, and not only for the extraordinary preservation of the Palace, but also because the Palace and its city continue to live a full life. All historical layers from the old Rome, middle ages till today are still visible and alive in this structure. A walk through the ancient city takes you through time, along the great examples of ancient architecture like Peristyle, the middle aged Romanesque Church and Gothic Palace, Renaissance portals of the noblemen’s houses, Baroque facades and modern architecture superbly merged in the rich heritage. This afternoon - transfer to Dubrovnik. (B)

Day Nine
Today, enjoy your tour of Dubrovnik!  Built upon a 37 meter high sheer rock overlooking the sea, fortress Lovrijenac is one of the most impressive locations in Dubrovnik. This detached fortress was of prime importance for the defence of the western part of Dubrovnik, both against attack from land and the sea. During its service fortress was manned by 25 man garrison and a Commander of the fort. The best views of Dubrovnik and the surrounding area are, without doubt, experienced from the top of the Srd Hill. The Dubrovnik Cable Car was built back in 1969 and was enthusiastically used by millions of visitors who wanted to enjoy the most beautiful panoramic views. On a clear day, you can see up to 60 km (37 miles). For this reason the neighbouring Imperial Fortress was strategically built on this privileged spot, back in the early 19th century. Enjoy a farewell dinner as a group! (B, D)
