Day 1-2: Fly to China

Day 3

Upon your arrival in China, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the bustling city. Begin your journey by checking into a centrally located hotel, where you can drop off your luggage and freshen up. In the early evening, head to a renowned local restaurant to indulge in a traditional duck dinner. Savor the exquisite flavors of Peking duck, expertly prepared and served with thin pancakes, hoisin sauce, and fresh vegetables. Allow the culinary experience to introduce you to the rich tapestry of Chinese cuisine.

 

Day 4

Begin your day with a visit to the iconic Tiananmen Square, one of the world's largest public squares. Marvel at the historical significance of this vast space, surrounded by monumental structures such as the Forbidden City. Next, venture into the heart of Chinese imperial history by exploring the Forbidden City, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Wander through the intricate halls and courtyards that once housed emperors and their courts.

After a morning filled with history, indulge in some traditional Chinese cuisine for lunch before embarking on a shopping spree. Head to the bustling markets or contemporary shopping districts to discover a wide array of local products, souvenirs, and unique finds. Whether you're interested in traditional crafts or modern fashion, Beijing offers a diverse shopping experience that caters to every taste.

Day 5

Today embark on a journey to one of the most renowned wonders of the world – the Great Wall of China. Explore the ancient sections of the wall, taking in breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. Afterward, make your way to the Ming Tombs, an impressive burial site for 13 emperors of the Ming Dynasty. The serene atmosphere and grandeur of the tombs provide a captivating glimpse into China's imperial history.

Day 6

Spend a magical day at the Beijing Zoo, home to one of the largest and most famous collections of giant pandas in China. Following your panda adventure, head to the airport for your afternoon non-stop flight to Vietnam.

Day 7

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a journey to Halong Bay. Your guide and driver will pick you up and transfer you to La Regina private lounge at Tuan Chau Marina. Upon arrival, relish a welcome drink and swift check-in before boarding the La Regina Grand Cruise (5-star ship). After a brief orientation by the Cruise Manager, the boat sets sail to explore the tranquil Lan Ha Bay, offering a secluded experience away from the crowds. Indulge in a Vietnamese cuisine lunch while cruising, next visit the Light and Dark Cave for kayaking or a local boat excursion. Take a refreshing swim before returning to the cruise to enjoy the sunset during the "Happy Hour" special. Optionally, join the chef for a spring roll-making session. Weather permitting, dinner is served on the sundeck or at the Ha Long Bar & Restaurant, featuring a fusion of traditional Vietnamese and modern cuisine using premium, fresh ingredients – a perfect conclusion to a day of exploration and relaxation in the stunning Halong Bay.

Day 8

This morning start your day in Halong Bay with Tai Chi on the Sundeck or enjoy some leisure time in your room as the first light illuminates the surroundings. A delectable breakfast is served at the restaurant, setting the tone for a day of exploration. Board the day boat and cruise towards Viet Hai fishing village. Upon arrival, embark on a 30-minute biking adventure along a scenic lagoon, through a tunnel cave, and into Viet Hai, a charming village nestled between lush jungle and towering limestone formations. Lunch is served at either the village or on board, followed by a visit to the pristine Ba Trai Dao Beach, perfect for swimming and kayaking. Return to the main boat, where you can unwind and enjoy leisure activities until dinner. This day offers a harmonious blend of cultural discovery, physical activity, and relaxation amidst the breathtaking beauty of Halong Bay.

Day 9

Embrace the new day in Halong Bay with a revitalizing Tai Chi session on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast at Ha Long Restaurant. Engage in the Cat Ba World Biosphere tour, exploring the impressive Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island. Return to the main boat for relaxation, check-out, and a hearty lunch as you cruise back to the harbor. Disembark and bid farewell to the crew, transferring to Tuan Chau Marina via speed boat for the journey back to Hanoi with your guide and driver. Upon arriving in Hanoi, immerse yourself in the city's cultural gems, including Hoan Kiem, Ngoc Son Temple, a cycling tour around the Old Quarter, and Dong Xuan Market. Conclude the evening with the enchanting Water Puppet show and a delightful dinner, wrapping up your day with an overnight stay in the lively city of Hanoi.

Day 10

After breakfast at your hotel, embark on a full-day exploration of Hanoi's cultural and historical landmarks. Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, Quan Thanh Pagoda, and the picturesque West Lake before delving into the city's past at Hoa Lo Prison and the Temple of Literature. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the rich diversity of Vietnam's ethnic groups at the Ethnology Museum. Conclude your journey with a transfer to the airport for your 5 hour non-stop flight to Delhi, India.

Day 11

Embark on a journey from Delhi to Agra, a city steeped in historical and cultural significance, spanning back to the Mahabharata era and later becoming the capital of the Mughal Empire in the 16th and 17th centuries. Notable monuments, including the Agra Fort, were constructed during this period under the rule of Emperors Akbar, Shah Jahan, and Jahangir. Agra flourished as a center for art, culture, and commerce during Akbar's reign, leaving an enduring legacy that continues to attract artists and intellectuals. Upon arrival in Agra, check-in at the hotel and explore the Agra Fort, housing the Dewan-e-Khas and Diwan-e-Aam. Visit Mehtab Bagh, a reconstructed park offering a stunning sunset view of the Taj Mahal. The city's Mughal heritage, laid-back lifestyle, and wealth of architecture, handicrafts, and jewelry make it a captivating destination.

 

Day 12

Begin your day with a sunrise visit to the iconic Taj Mahal, a testament to love and architectural brilliance. Constructed over 22 years with the labor of 20,000 workers, the white marble was quarried 200 miles away and transported to the site by a fleet of 1000 elephants. Commissioned by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the mid-17th century as an ode to his wife Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj Mahal stands as a marvel of the world. Admire the intricate marble inlay work, marveling at the astonishing craftsmanship from every angle. After a buffet breakfast at the hotel, check-out by noon and journey back to Delhi. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel, concluding your day with an overnight stay.

Day 13

Embark on a day of exploration in Delhi, beginning with a buffet breakfast at the hotel. The tour encompasses significant landmarks, including the grand Jama Masjid, an expansive mosque built by Shah Jahan, and a rickshaw ride through the lively streets of Chandni Chowk in Old Delhi. Gandhi Smriti, a museum dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, provides insight into his final days, while a drive past India Gate, the Presidential Palace, and government buildings offers glimpses of the city's architectural grandeur. Explore the historic Qutab Minar, the world's tallest brick minaret, and the surrounding Qutub complex, before concluding the day at Humayun's Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This garden-tomb reflects Mughal elegance and is complemented by smaller monuments along its pathway.
